This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legally binding contract between you, acting on behalf of an enterprise ("Licensee"), and Strux8 Sp. z o.o. ("Licensor") regarding the TB Signature Pro software (a Mozilla Thunderbird email client add-on).

By using the Software or placing an order via tbsignature.pro, you accept all terms of this agreement.

2. License Grant and B2B Model (Per Workstation)

Grant of License: The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and time-limited license to use the Software for business purposes.

  • Bypassing or cracking the PC-based license verification mechanisms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty (AS-IS) and Limitation of Liability

AS-IS: The Software is provided on an "AS-IS" basis. We do not guarantee error-free operation with every custom HTML structure generated by the Licensee.

Limitation on Indirect Damages (Lucrum Cessans): To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, the Licensor shall not be liable for any lost business opportunities, lost profits, or data loss arising from the use of the Software.

Liability Cap: The total financial liability of the Licensor is strictly limited to the net amount paid for the current subscription period.
